This prestigious festival is far from the mainstream with very artistic and cultural contributions.
I am often disappointed at the Berlinale, because there are very art-house oriented films, especially those that are very art-house oriented, which are determined by the trend.
I really love the cultural television programme of the main sponsor ARTE and therefore also the taste of the Hofer Filmtage. We had the honour to run as the opener of the filmfestival and were taken by shuttle service to the three sold-out cinemas for the opening. There were interviews, livestreams, photoshootings and a big party with the other filmmakers
